We are an active lender on all types of commercial real estate properties nationally, providing a single source of capital to our borrowers through our streamlined lending and credit approval process.   Our Debt and Structured Finance group is supported by an in-house team of commercial real estate underwriters, attorneys, and diligence professionals with expertise for all property types and in all markets throughout the United States.   Our lending professionals have experience in lending on acquisition, development, refinancing, bridge funding, and turn around/value creation opportunities.

What We Target

  • Typical size: $10 million to $50 million
  • Fixed-rate loans on stabilized properties
  • Floating-rate loans on transitional properties (LIBOR index)
  • Term Fixed: Up to 60 months
  • Term Floating: Up to 36 months, plus extensions
  • LTV up to 80%
  • Mezzanine Loans up to 90% LTV
  • Preferred Equity structures considered
