We employ a disciplined risk management strategy, emphasizing rigorous credit underwriting and stressed market valuation analysis for each transaction.  We maintain a dedicated surveillance and asset management group to oversee our CMBS and debt security portfolio.  Additionally, we employ a powerful, proprietary database tool to facilitate the continuous surveillance on our security investment performance and underlying collateral, as well as extensive investment and management reporting capabilities.
